The study aspires to develop a web-based application management system for TUP-COMPASS to further improve the existing process of the organization by integrating advance features. The System is embedded with functions such as Poll to assess the choice of majority in organizational shirt and to vote for candidates of Mr. and Ms. COMPASS, a Forum for members to share ideas and a Viewing section for the financial statement of the organization for transparency, the list of COMPASS Members, and the lined-up activities and the Management System Content. Mainly designed and built through Sublime and phpMyAdmin 4.1.14, WAMP Server v3.2.5 and Bootstrap 3. Thirty respondents composed of officers, members and advisers of the organization and IT professional performed the evaluation. The ISO 9126 evaluation instrument is the basis for the assessment of acceptability of the system with the indicators such as functionality, reliability, portability, usability, maintainability and portability.--Author's Abstract.
