The people who queue in clinics are one of the problems that every clinic and hospital is facing nowadays. Patients still must follow the guidelines of the clinic, even if they need an immediate consultation and checkup with the doctor. This includes the problem that St. Anne's Orthopedic Clinic is facing, where there are times when people come but cannot be accommodated all at once due to limited staff and space since it is just a clinic. Nevertheless, the objective of the study is to create a system called "St. Anne's Orthopedic Clinic: Web-Based Online Appointment Management System" which formally presents a system that can help people to manage their checkup appointments with the doctor. The researcher found out that using the system helps with the queuing of patients and makes them more organized when it comes to making an appointment. The project design of the study focused on developing a web application whose goal is to create a system which assists online appointment reservations in organizing their reception of patients in abundance so that there is no unmanageable patient load. This system makes appointments by utilizing a module, a patient module, a doctor module, and an employee/admin module. During this stage, the researchers developed a project design that made a system flowchart to explain the system's design and flow. A use case diagram for the web application was also created, defining the system's essential capabilities for outside users to engage with. A diagram of entity relationships. The SQLDB cloud, backend development process of the project Hostinger peering, and server database schema were merged into a single step. Initially, to complement the website, the cloud provider and area (Hostinger in Singapore) were chosen. instances and reduce SQL cluster connection latency. Username and password, Access to the system, including the autogenerated high-security password, was created. SQLDB is used to manage databases and data. Finally, the system received a mean grade of 3.62, indicating that the evaluation is positive, and that the system only requires minor modifications. The study also included several related studies, such as Web-based medical appointment systems, which demonstrate support for the St. Anne Clinic and help develop and improve the study. The goal of this research is to make it easier for everyone to schedule their check-up appointments at the mentioned clinic.--Author's Abstract.
