The Events Management System is aimed at providing a platform for event organizers to create, update, and disseminate information on upcoming events, thereby ensuring that participants are well-informed on various events. This system provides important information such as event descriptions, dates, times, venues, and other details. The system also has a tool for automatically logging attendance. Organizers can use the technology to check in participants using an automated QR Code Scanning approach during events. This automated procedure eliminates the need for traditional sign-in sheets or papers and reduces the possibility of errors or inaccuracies in attendance records. The system also has a tool for automatically logging attendance. Organizers can use the technology to check in participants using an automated QR Code Scanning approach during events. This automated procedure eliminates the need for traditional sign-in sheets or papers and reduces the possibility of errors or inaccuracies in attendance records. Furthermore, the Events Management System intends to transform the way school organizations manage events. It improves attendance monitoring and dissemination of information processes, enabling effective event planning by conducting an evaluation. This approach helps to provide a better structured, engaging, and successful event experience for both organizers and participants.--Author's Abstract.
