Dissertation note: College of Science -- Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Technological University of the Philippines, 2023. Abstract: The development of the TUP COMPASS Website is the focus of this capstone project, which aims to give visitors easy access to useful information about the organization. The TUP COMPASS website encourages both internal and external audiences to actively participate and connect with the organization by offering a user-friendly platform for sharing and exchanging information. This capstone project not only shows how to construct a cross-platform website successfully, but it also emphasizes the value of using strict assessment procedures to guarantee the best possible user experience and satisfaction. The website was developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, PHP, and XAMPP to provide an optimal user experience on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. The main objective was to make it simple for users, such as TUP COMPASS officials, Computer Studies Department students, IT experts, and other end-users, to access and interact with the organization's offers. The website earned a remarkable overall mean score of 3.72 described as "Highly Acceptable" from the thirty (30) respondents. The website's success in achieving the project's goals is confirmed by this favorable rating. A thorough evaluation of the website's quality was carried out utilizing the ISO 25010 software quality model. The review method involved thirty assessors who represented a variety of user profiles.--Author's Abstract.
