The main objective of the study is to develop an Online Auction System for Yaocha Shop that specifically aims to design a website that can facilitate the client's bid so as to lessen the expenses of the Auctioneer. In Online auctions the auctioneer is not entitled to demand such high costs to rent an auction place. The developed system can provide a winning name of customer on a specific item. The Administrator is the only one who can add, delete and modify product information. The system can manage bid records quickly and completely online. The system was not designed to accept online payment transactions. The development tools used are the following: PHP, Java Script, Adobe Dreamweaver and HTML. The study was evaluated with regards to the following criteria: Functionality, Usability, Efficiency and Reliability. Based on the evaluation conducted, the developed system performs well and rated "VERY ACCEPTABLE" by the respondents. The evaluation result establishes the reliability and acceptability of the system.--Author's Abstract.
