The application was developed using Android Studio and then Sublime Text Editor for the admin side. The application was evaluated using a survey instrument called ISO 25010 and based on the survey, the app was rated “Highly Acceptable” in terms of functionality, usability, functionality, efficiency, reliability, maintainability and portability.
