This study presents the design and development of CocoCare, a web application with an
inventory system that will help make a positive impact in the environment associated with
each purchase. CocoCare aims to automate the manual inventory and sales of CocoTribe
Company. Specifically, the project is designed with the following features: (a)Interactive
platform capable of facilitating the online buying, selling, promotion, and sharing of coconut
products and coconut-based items. (b) Responsive web application interface for different
platforms and devices. (c) Real-time inventory and sales monitoring. (d) Rewards system
and feedback mechanisms. (e) Create graphical reports for analysis and decision-making.
(f) Notify administrator when there are product reviews from customers. (g)Generate
customer order invoices. (h) Produce sales reports. (i) Filter Sales reports by day, month,
and year. (j) Provide graphical representations of Sales Earning. (k) Display graphical
representations of active users over the last 7 days. The system's quality was evaluated using
the ISO 25010 standard, encompassing functional suitability, reliability, performance,
usability, security, compatibility, maintainability, and portability. The system testing
involved 30 respondents, resulting in a highly acceptable mean score of 3.68. In conclusion
system was successfully designed such that: Facilitates the online buying, selling,
promotion, and sharing of coconut products and coconut-based items, Responsive web
application interface for different platforms and devices, Real time inventory and sales
monitoring, Rewards system and feedback mechanisms, Graphical reports for analysis and
decision-making., Notify administrator when there are product reviews from customers,
Generate customer order invoices., Produce sales reports, Filter Sales reports by day, month,
and year, Provide graphical representations of Sales Earning and Graphical representations
of active users over the last 7 days.
