Users appreciated the completeness and appropriateness of the app's features, quick load times, efficient data utilization, intuitive navigation, consistent performance, and the protection of personal information. However, the evaluation also identified areas for improvement, particularly in the accuracy of client-to-contract worker matching, some aspects of performance efficiency, and user error protection. The testing and evaluation phase confirmed the application's reliability and functional suitability, indicating its readiness for use within the local community. The evaluation based on ISO 25010 standards further validates the application's quality and its potential to meet the needs of its target users. However, the study acknowledges limitations such as the absence of advanced features like integrated payment systems and AI-driven skill verification, which could be addressed in future versions of the application.
