The research introduces the design of an electric pelletizer machine with a mixer
to familiarize local farmers in Lopez, Quezon, lessen their cost of purchasing feed
pellets, and simultaneously enable them to create a personalized feed for their
livestock. This initiative aims to increase the efficiency and self-sufficiency of
farmers in the region. Most of the required components were performed to get
perfect results for this machine: the mixer, an electric motor, and pressure. These
results verify that the machine works correctly and that the output specifications
were achieved. It was tested by a team of 50 evaluators, including the TUP
electrical students, professors from TUP Lopez, and hog raisers. The feedback
received a descriptive rating of Excellent/High Acceptable and an overall mean of
4.82. The benefits of establishing the efficiency and capabilities of the machine, as
well as its effects on the farming community, can be effective in helping the
farmers lower their cost of purchasing feed pellets in the market for their livestock. It will also help them to start a business when they want to sell their feeds that are
being produced by the electric pelletizer machine with a mixer, especially for
those farmers that are near your farms who are also running a piggery, so, in that
case, they will purchase feed pellets in your pelletizer machine with a mixer. For
mid-level mycotoxins, after the costs of financing, energy, and the convenience of
using safety are added, this is expected to significantly impact your local
agricultural practice. The electric pelletizer machine with a mixer can grind only
the horseradish and corn and make feed pellets with raw ingredients such as rice
chaff and grated coconut.
