Malipay Elementary School is located in the center of the sitio of Malipay. The location
has off-grid area. The school is still using generator to run amplifiers and speakers for
their programs. Solar Powered System with Excess Usage Notification aimed to develop
the previous project adding more solar and install power source in each classroom. This
project is intended to help students to have source of light in their class hours and power
outlets to access electrical equipment. Thus, the project has excess usage notification to
notify the usage of loads to prevent battery failure. Solar Panels has anti-theft system that
has comprised of strobe light, and siren. This project was fabricated using the available
local materials. Test result shows that the prototype has functioned all the system. The
prototype was assessed by 30 evaluators composed of teachers, staff and parents of
students in Malipay Elementary School, Bacoor City, Cavite. With a rating of 4.98,
