Dissertation note: College of Liberal Arts.-- Bachelor Of Science In Business Administration Major In Industrial Management: Technological University Of The Philippines, Manila. 2025 Summary: This study explores the perception of CLA students from the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP)-Manila regarding the use of ChatGPT in strategic management coursework. It addresses the limited understanding of its advanced functionalities and the lack of an interdisciplinary approach for its integration into strategic management education, guided by the PFCSC Framework. The study employs a quantitative approach, using frequency and percentage distribution, weighted mean, and analysis of variance (ANOVA) for data analysis. Survey questionnaires were administered to gather data, focusing on respondents' demographic profiles—age, course, and year level—and their perceptions of ChatGPT in terms of ease of use, accuracy, reliability, analytical capabilities, skill enhancement, and effectiveness as a strategic management tool. Findings reveal that students generally perceive ChatGPT as a valuable and user-friendly tool for enhancing strategic management education. While respondents agree on its ease of use, reliability, and analytical strengths, they note its limitations in providing advanced strategic insights and integrating with sophisticated frameworks. The study also shows significant differences in perceptions based on age, but no notable differences based on course or year level. The PFCSC Framework is recommended to address these gaps, emphasizing policy formulation, faculty training, classroom integration, skills literacy and skill development and continuous evaluation and feedback analysis. This highlights that student should not be deprived of using artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance their learning experiences, but faculty members must establish clear boundaries anchored on ethical considerations when integrating it into delivering quality education (Mojica, 2023). Keywords: ChatGPT, Strategic Management, AI, Classroom Integration, Policy Formulation, Students Perception
