Dissertation note: College of Science. -- Master of Information Technology : Technological University of the Philippines, 2023. Summary: TUP Alumni Information System (AIS) software manages alumni relations. Data collection, management, and utilization are streamlined to improve alumni-school relations. The AIS centrally stores alumni data, including personal, educational, professional, contact, and other relevant data. The system helps to inform graduates of events, opportunities, and developments. The AIS also connects alumni and the university. Online forums and discussion boards strengthen alumni communities, mentoring, and collaboration. The AIS helps the university to develop lifetime relationships and a dynamic, mutually beneficial alumni community using technology and data management. The system was built with server-side language PHP as the back end, MySQL for the database, HTML5 for the front end, and Cascading Style Sheet (CSS3) for interface styling. During testing, the platform performed well and generated the required results, demonstrating that the platform's quality criteria were met. Professional respondents were chosen for the examination using the purposive sample method. The platform passed the evaluation procedure based on ISO 25010 quality model requirements with an overall weighted mean of 3.88 on a 4-point Likert scale with a qualitative interpretation of Strongly Agree. This demonstrates the platform's usability, dependability, security, portability, compatibility, and functionality.
