A traditional car creeper is an equipment that automotive technicians use to enter the under-
car chassis which they perform the repair of the vehicle. A creeper or seat that doesn’t roll
well is not useful to technicians. Older creepers and seats had steel wheels that bolted
directly to the frame. These wheels are very durable, but they tend to get stuck on cracks
frequently. However, Automotive technicians they need to lay down hard and it’s too
difficult for them, they feel some back pain and sudden accidents. This study focuses to
design, fabricate, assemble, evaluate, and test a motorized power car creeper. The
innovative car creeper design which considering the technicians comfortability and safety
on under chassis maintenance. To formulate the electrical diagram, process flow and the
prototype assembly. The prototype is made of sturdy galvanized tubular steel, which
provides dependable strength to support weight. It also has a black box that protects the
components. The lifting capacity of 90 kg and a battery life of up to 1 hour, ensuring user
safety and efficiency even in high lift jack applications. Prototype evaluators were chosen
from the fields of Automotive Engineering Technology. The evaluation on the performance
of the developed prototype is based on the six (6) criteria namely: functionality, aesthetics,
workability, durability, comfortability, and safety. The evaluation resulted with an overall
mean of 4.69 with a descriptive rating of "Outstanding." Based on findings, this study can
help the Automotive industry become more efficient in the maintenance of under chassis.
