Dissertation note: College of Industrial Technology.-- Bachelor of Technology major in Electronics Engineering Technology: Technological University of the Philippines, Manila. 2023 Summary: The study, "Development of Coconut Cutting with Grating and Milk Extraction Machine," aims to provide a machine that can cut, grate, and extract Coconut. The machine was developed using an Induction motor and AC Motor for controlling and operating the grating, cutting, and extraction process. With the use of major components and materials, the project was successfully developed. The limit switch was used to secure the safety of the machine user during the cutting process. The Circuit Breaker was used as a switch to turn it off automatically if the machine develops a problem, and to to prevent short circuits, overloads, and over currents from damaging an electrical circuit. The machine was powered by a direct current. The test results showed that the machine is able to cut, grate, and extract. The project will be implemented in Quezon, Barangay San Miguel Dao 2 Lopez. The machine was evaluated by 20 evaluators composed of TUP-LQ instructor, engineering students and respondents from Brgy. San Miguel Dao, and was rated with an overall mean of 4.32 and the descriptive rating of "Very Acceptable". it shows that that the Development of Coconut Cutting with Grating and Milk Extraction Machine is very useful in terms of producing milk from Coconut. Keywords: Cutting, Grating, Extraction, Induction Motor, AC Motor.
