Dissertation note: College of Industrial Technology.-- Bachelor of engineering technology major in mechanical technology option in automotive engineering technology: Technological University of the Philippines, 2023. Summary: The research Development of Spray Gun Paint Mixer Reservoir Cap seeks to demonstrate the feasibility of correct paint combinations, which will assist students and painters in avoiding time-consuming and messy painting jobs. Furthermore, the device promises to improve reservoir cleaning without the use of excessive thinner. Paint mixture is one of the most commonly used methods in the automotive industry, with various variants such as matte and glossy finish. It has also been used and developed in technology in the way paints apply, with powder coating or wet applied coating becoming a technique that has been populated globally. The mixing theory and device operation eliminates dirty work in automotive paint mixing. It contains a charging connector, an on/off switch button, an LED indicator for battery status, and a simple locking mechanism. It also includes an improved charging procedure that uses the 3.7-volt battery to power the 9-volt DC motor. For the charging system, the device employs a TP4056 module and a Step-up module, 12millimeter bearings for shaft fittings, and a 9-volt DC motor that powers the propeller stirrer. Test results showed that the device could be used in any paint mixture in automotive painting and the paint industry without issues, and the test data were processed as expected in terms of speed and accuracy. The device was evaluated by 35 evaluators composed of power plant professors, professionals, and students under the Power Plant Engineering Technology Department of the Technological University of the Philippines —Manila and was rated with an overall mean of 4.61 and a descriptive rating of "Excellent". This signifies the device's usefulness to all students and painters in terms of mixing paint straightforwardly. Keywords: Spray Gun, 3.7-volt battery, 9-volt DC motor, TP4056 module, propeller stirrer,
