Lack of a dedicated platform for managing property listings has resulted in
inefficiencies in the accomplishment of tasks and communication between developers,
brokers, and clients. This paper suggests the creation of a web-based Property Listing
Management Platform utilizing Django as the backend, PostgreSQL as the database
management system, and Vue.js as the front-end. The system is designed as a business
application to facilitate sales and management of any type of property: apartment sections,
houses, parking lots, land, and condo units. The main functionalities of the system are
effective management of units, reservations, payment plans, customers, and document
requirements. The system development follows Agile Scrum, which enables iterative
improvement based on user feedback through regular sprints and continuous testing.
System evaluation, conducted via 30 respondents and rated against the standards of
ISO/IEC 25010, received a score of 3.84 and positioned the platform as Highly Acceptable.
The findings are a measure of how effective the system is at enhancing property list
management and communication.
