Dissertation note: College of Science.-- Bachelor of science in information technology: Technological University of the Philippines, 2025. Summary: The increasing difficulties in managing Happy Kid Center operations have underscored the need for a consistent, efficient, and scalable system to address vital processes, including scheduling, student tracing of progress, and enrollment. This study introduces the creation of a Web-Based Student Monitoring Portal and Operations Management System for Happy Kid Center, aimed at tackling these operational challenges by automating and integrating various administrative tasks. The system features an administrator portal, a branch portal, a client portal, and a public marketing website to improve communication, ease schedule assessments and reservations, manage student and teacher records, and provide transparency to clients. This platform was developed using a mix of front-end and back- end development applications and software, such as React.js, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, Vite (acting as middleware), and Laravel (PHP framework), Composer for dependency management, and Hostinger to allow web hosting. Making use of the Agile methodologies, the system was developed to ensure that the feedback is based on what is expected and it will be aligned with Happy Kid users' needs. Key features include the assessment management module, the dashboard module, the journals management module, the progress report management module, and the student and teacher directory module. The system's evaluation was conducted following the ISO 25010 software quality standards, focusing on five quality characteristics: functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, security, and maintainability. The data gathered from IT Professionals, clients of Happy Kid, and Happy Kid teachers showed a grand weighted mean of 17.11, described as Highly Acceptable based on the Four-Point Likert Scale with the system's reliability and effectiveness. Additional comments from the respondents of Happy Kid Center shows that the system indeed provides ease of use and will surely help in the operations and improve its transparency among clients.
