With the help of a web-based Automated Cash Flow Monitoring System (ACFMS)
created especially for The Voice of God's Love Christian Church in Pasay, financial
operations are streamlined by removing human error in data entry, automating data entry,
and offering real-time financial health insights. The system's user-friendly and
straightforward frontend was created with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and the React
framework, with the backend being built with Node.js and Express. MySQL was used by
the system to store and retrieve data in a secure and effective manner. The system's
primary functionalities include the creation of personalised financial reports (income
statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements), real-time cash flow tracking,
automated data import from several sources, and interactive dashboards for displaying
important financial metrics. The system was iteratively developed using agile approaches,
taking into account input from church finance and administrators at every level to make
sure it meets their specific needs and improves church financial decision-making.Selected
IT specialists, IT students, and church finances evaluated the system. In terms of all
assessed criteria, including functionality, performance efficiency, usability, dependability,
and maintainability, the system obtained a grand mean rating of 4.79, which is described
as "Highly Acceptable" according to the ISO/IEC 25010 software quality model. For The
Voice of God's Love Christian Church – Pasay, the web-based system is anticipated to
greatly increase financial transparency, boost operational effectiveness, and offer
insightful data to enable well-informed financial planning and decision-making.
