Summary: The continuous changes in the modern work environment have led people to embrace the coworking model. Originating in 1995, the setup has expanded rapidly and has now projected to estimate over 50,000 spaces globally by 2026. However, despite these spaces' benefits, coworking spaces face issues exacerbated by overcrowding, manual processes, and digital information overload. In response to these operational inefficiencies, this study delves into the development of a reservation management system. The system integrated core functionalities such as online booking, search tools, interactive maps, and a payment gateway. The project was developed using Agile Scrum methodology, allowing continuous and iterative development and incremental improvement throughout the system’s lifecycle. System testing results confirmed that the application met its intended objectives, receiving a “Highly Acceptable” rating in functionality and a “Highly Acceptable” rating in reliability. These outcomes indicate effective performance under various conditions such as consistent availability, error handling, and recovery capabilities. This research contributes a practical, scalable solution to coworking space management, advancing digital transformation in shared workspace environments.
