The capstone project developed a Web-Based Resource Management System with QR Code Integration for Yar Drainage, a company that provides aid for commercial and industrial drainage solutions. The objective and primary purpose of the study are to modernize and automate the tracking, monitoring, and allocating of physical resources and assets such as equipment, tools, consumables, and vehicles as to address the inefficiency that was caused primarily by manual method processes and able to enhance the operational performance and service of the company. To achieve the goal, the system was developed using the important features such as the Inventory Management Module, the QR Code- Based Resource Identification and Monitoring, the Reporting and Analysis Module, the Resource Allocation and Monitoring, and User Management Module. It was created using web development tools, including ReactJS and Tailwind CSS for frontend, Node.js and Express.js for backend, and MySQL for database, and the developed process was followed through Agile Development Method, which allows for strategic improvements that are based on the feedbacks. The system was evaluated using ISO 25010 Software Quality Standard in terms of functionality, reliability, usability, and the security of the system. A total of respondents, composed of end users from Yar Drainage personnel and IT professionals, evaluated the system. Results revealed that the system received a grand weighted mean of 3.30, which is interpreted as "Highly Acceptable", which indicates that the system worked well and expectations and the needs of the intended users.
