This thesis proposes a Training and Workshop Facility in Rizal Province to
support livelihood programs and address unemployment, low income, and limited
access to skills training. Survey results show strong community interest—especially in
hands-on training for technical skills, cooking, textiles, and metalwork. Respondents
emphasized the need for accessibility, financial aid, flexible schedules, and culturally
inspired design.
The viability study confirms high demand, with 96.4% willing to join such
programs. Key barriers include lack of nearby facilities, financial struggles, and limited
awareness. The proposed facility should offer quality tools, business support, and a
community-focused environment. With proper planning and support from local agencies,
this initiative can empower residents, improve incomes, and drive sustainable
development in Rizal.
