Summary: This research study explores the effectiveness of FilipinoArt.ph’s website, an online marketplace dedicated to showcasing the works of both established and emerging local artists, in conjunction with the proposed mobile application, ARTtributes. The app aims to enhance public engagement and appreciation of local artists from the Technological University of the Philippines-Manila by allowing them to exhibit their artworks directly through FilipinoArt.ph’s website. It investigates the impact of the ARTtributes mobile app on the visibility and appreciation of TUP-Manila artists' works and assesses the app's adoption rate, usability, and overall effectiveness in enhancing public knowledge of these artists' attributes. By determining user engagement metrics, conducting surveys and interviews with artists and app users, and analyzing feedback and data usage, the study aims to identify both the strengths and challenges of the app. The findings will provide valuable insights and applied recommendations to improve the ARTtributes mobile app and the FilipinoArt.ph’s website, ultimately supporting the broader goal of fostering a greater appreciation for local artistic talent.
