The thesis was developed to study the situation of Arts and Crafts in Nueva Ecija based to its Provincial Ordinance. The study aims to promote, preserve, and develop Nueva Ecija’s arts and crafts through the establishment of a cultural hub that will serve as a venue for cultural education, showcasing local talent, and fostering creative expression. All statistics and data were gathered through the internet, government agencies and through surveys and interviews to the occupants and the homeowner’s association. By the study, the researchers found out that the Arts and Crafts in Nueva Ecija faces a lot of challenges such as lack of facility in promoting arts and craft products, disappearing some of its traditional arts and crafts, and lack of cultural facilities. By identifying and analyzing the problems, the researchers create a solution to propose a development that will help to showcase and promotes the products that is being made in Nueva Ecija, by providing facilities that exhibits and educational for the visitors. The funding for this development will comes from the supporting government agencies with LGU.
