Dissertation note: College of Industrial Technology..- Bachelor of Engineering Technology major in Computer Engineering Technology: Technological University of the Philippines, 2024. Summary: Efficient communication and navigation are critical for determining the efficacy, safety, and overall well-being of academic contexts. The importance of effective communication, which extends from educational settings to professional contexts, highlights its important role, whereas navigation stands out as a key predictor of safety and welfare. Navigating a college or university campus with inaccurately designed or outdated maps and signs can lead to confusion and frustration. The proposed innovation brings a Kiosk Machine to the campus of Technological University of the Philippines in Manila, providing a self-service solution. This kiosk provides users with a campus map and instructions to various buildings, departments, and faculty offices located throughout the university. It also distributes information on campus events, news updates, enrollment procedures, dropping subjects, and other school services. The kiosk's development requires strong programming skills, while its construction uses Sintra Board, a recognized standard material for kiosk enclosures. The kiosk, which is designed to manage a high volume of inquiries each day, significantly enhances campus accessibility and information distribution. The prototype was evaluated by 25 respondents, including TUP students and specialists. The assessment criteria included functional suitability, usability, reliability, performance efficiency, and maintainability, resulting in an overall mean value of 3.89, indicating "Excellent". These data imply that the prototype has the potential to improve campus efficiency and provide an organized approach to addressing student and guest inquiries.
