Having an independent learning tool specifically made for the University will have a versatile approach on how to cater to each of the students' needs. The study provided a solution to still teach the future generation the knowledge that they need to know by introducing an independent e-learning application, this will help how the University can adjust the ways to teach students. The application was developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as the front-end programming languages, PHP as the Back-End programming language, Bootstrap as frameworks, and MySQL as the Database. Thirty respondents composed of TUPM Professors, TUPM Students, and IT Professionals evaluated the system.
