The study, E-Baryo: Barangay Management System with Data Visualization and A.I. Chatbot, is a progressive web application to upgrade the barangay processes from a traditional to modern approach with the use of technology which is beneficial to the barangay and the residents. The system is divided into two parts, barangay administrator side and barangay resident side. The barangay administrator side includes features such as post updates and announcements, gather data through online forms, manage residents" information with the use of a dashboard as a data management feature, process resident's barangay document requests such as barangay ID, certificates, indigency, clearance, and so on, manage reports and feedback from the residents, manage blotter reports, manage A.I. chatbot, manage barangay profile, and manage authorized personnel. The barangay resident's side on the other hand, includes features such as request barangay documents online, send reports and feedback using a chatbot, answer online surveys from the barangay, view updates and announcements from the barangay using newsfeed, track the status of their requested document using a notification system, access more information about their barangay, and view activity log. The system was developed using Natural Language Processing for A.I. Chatbot, Next js Progressive Web App for web application development, Express GraphQL Server for real time updates, Cloudinary for image cloud storage, and MongoDB to store resident's information, document request, barangay reports, barangay feedback and blotter, and Visual Studio Code as the IDE tool. The developed progressive web application's performance was assessed in accordance with ISO 25010, and the system received an overall weighted mean of 3.67 described as "Highly Acceptable." --Author's Abstract
