The motivation of this study is the use of Google Forms as a voting platform in the elections held by the organizations inside the Technological University of the Philippines- Manila because it compromises the security and privacy of votes and is prone to tamper. The project study developed the TUP- Manila Organization Web-based Voting System that will serve as the voting platform within the campus. The system aimed to protect the privacy of the voter's identity and the security of votes. The system also aimed to create a module for election's officer, register module, and post-election update module. The system was deployed in Heroku, and developed using PostgreSQL for managing data, Vue for frontend, and ExpressJS and NodeJS for the backend. Cloudflare and reCAPTCHA were implemented for security measures. The system was tested for functionality, reliability, portability, and accuracy, and passed the evaluation that is based on ISO/IC 25010 with an overall weighted mean of 3.81 described as "Highly Acceptable" which suggests that the system is functional and attested.--Author's Abstract.
