Matyag: A Vehicle Violation Management System Utilizing Digital Ticketing and License Plate Recognition in the District of Quiapo, Manila City is a system developed to help authorized traffic personnel from specific local government units to be able to apprehend violators a lot more conveniently and in a technologically advanced manner. The system utilizes digital ticketing and license plate recognition and should be able to run in web browsers for the administrators and in android smartphones for the enforcers. Through its integration with the no contact apprehension program, the case of access of documents will be more convenient, and the rising paper waste problem and red flags such as bribery can be reduced. The system is developed using Visual Studio Code, Android Studio, Java, PHP, Laravel Framework, and MySQL. Furthermore, the researchers used TensorFlow for realtime object detection, SimpleSoftwarelO for generating QR, and InstaScan for OR scanning to demonstrate the options of payment method. The researchers used the agile methodology in developing the system. While for the testing, the researchers executed the Reliability and Portability testing and was implemented for the evaluation of variety of people including administrators, enforcers, motorists, and the like. As the researchers employed the ISO 25010 to poll the thirty (30) respondents, the procedure concluded an overall average mean of 3.55, which equivalents to "Highly Acceptable", The developed system was justifiably designed as a supplementary tool for areas that are transitioning to no contact apprehension, and specific to the district of Quiapo, Manila City.--Author's Abstract.
