"ABSTRACT This multi-case study explored the practices of the Selected Science High Schools through interview and cross case analysis to reveal the different best practices of each participating schools. Data revealed that teachers to deliver the instruction in the STEM strand should be hired according to their expertise in the field of Science, Mathematics, English and other subjects related to its implementation. Moreso, teachers' attitudes towards work must also be considered to ensure high quality delivery of the needs of Stem students. Students are the ones who benefits on the trainings and preparation, they should be able to do their share as the major concern of education. Value formation must be evidently observed among students and they must accept that they need to have the proper determination and hard work, Moreover, school stakeholders must also have the initiative to help in the realization of school goals and objectives. Added to these, students who must be admitted in STEM strand must pass the school's entrance examination, undergo interview and find time to attend the schools' orientation so that they would know about the standards in the school they want to attend to. Furthermore, the curriculum of STEM these days are believed to answer the needs trainings of the students in preparing them for STEM related courses and jobs. However, research must be strengthened to promote its benefits among learners and others who can benefit from it Not only research but also robotics must be included as it is believed by the school participants to contribute in preparing students in the field of engineering and other STEM related courses. Other than these findings, the objectives of the schools must also be in line with the vision and mission of the school and that clear definition of it can ensure the organizations' ease of implementation for the success of all who are part of it.
