The study is to develop a mobile application entitled Trenpay: Android Based LRT1 Mobile Payment Application. Specifically, it aimed to design the mobile application with the following features: (a) Computes fare using GPS (b) Generates unique QR code for scanning and loading purposes (d) Provide map for showing train path (e) Realtime update of load information using Firebase. The android application was developed using requirements such as Android Studio, JAVA programming language, and Google Firebase for Realtime database. The mobile application was tested and the results showed that the mobile application is functional, usable, reliable, and efficient. There were 50 respondents including random passengers of RT, IT students, CS students and IS students. The evaluation criteria was based on ISO 9126 which include functionality, usability, efficiency, and reliability. The criterion functionality achieved the highest percentage of frequency acquiring 80%.--Author's Abstract.
