The study developed a Web-based Enrolment System for Centennial Academy of the Blessed Trinity. The current system involves manual enlistment, billing, payment and grade computation that the proposed system aims to automate. Specifically, it aims to design a system with the following features: (a.) Registration Module where personal data are encoded students are enlisted (b.) Payment Module where students' payment are processed (c.) Curriculum Manager where a user manages the curriculum and subjects of every grade level (d.) Grading System Module where students' grades are encoded. The system also can generate reports such as number of students enrolled per grade level, temporary report cards and curriculum list. The system was developed with various development tools such as: HTML, CSS, PHP, Bootstrap, Atom and MySQL. The evaluation criteria were based on ISO 25010 and tested in terms of compatibility and reliability. The acceptability of the system and application was rated "Highly Acceptable" with the frequency rating of 55.3%.--Author's Abstract.
