Keeping track of records manually comes with several difficulties, including the possibility of losing documents due to catastrophic occurrences, mishandling paperwork, outdated information, dusty and worn-out files, and texts that have become unreadable over time. It is also laborious to retrieve documents and time-consuming to enter data. The "Development of Electronic Student Offenses Record Management System with Data Analytics for Doņa Teodora Alonzo High School" study, however, offered a systematized way to arrange and secure the enormous amount of data and resources kept by the guidance office. This system can track and monitor habitual offenders, identify violators, list various types of infractions, alert the violator's parents, and give sanctions to be put in place. Reports for data analytics can also be generated using the program. The development of this application was carried out on Visual Studio Code IDE using the JavaScript programming language. The database communication of the application was implemented using MongoDB to store the application data. The model, view, and controller layers were implemented using ExpressIS, ReactS, and NodeS. Based on the study's success and outcomes, collecting, storing, monitoring, and managing records of student violations will become easier. While in testing, the project was evaluated by IT professionals, guidance teachers, students, and teachers. The result showed that the framework is functional and usable, obtaining a grand weighted mean of 3.44, described as "Acceptable" by the thirty (30) respondents.--Author's Abstract.
