<br/><br/> "The study is aimed to develop a web application called as TUP Library System with QR<br/>Technology, It is designed (a) to become efficient for patrons upon login with the help of<br/>QR technology, (b) to handle a large amount of data, (c) to generate reports within the<br/>circulation of the library, and (d) to let the staff monitor the pending requests, loans, and<br/>penalties of a patron with an ease of just clicking. The application is mostly developed<br/>using PHP with Codeigniter framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Ajax and<br/>PostgreSQL. There were 30 respondents which were composed of 15 4th year students, 10<br/>students inside the library, and 5 librarians of the University Library. The set of<br/>evaluation criteria that was chosen for our research is based on ISO 25010 which tackles<br/>the applications sustainability, efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security and<br/>maintainability. The criterion Security had the highest percentage of frequency staggering<br/>at the percentage of 93%." -- Author's Abstract
