"The Smart Water Guard is a prototype system specifically created to check the quality of
water in real-time. The device detects and analyzes multiple water characteristics, such as
disinfection capability, acidity/alkalinity, dissolved solids, cloudiness, and temperature.
The Smart Water Guard promptly delivers SMS alerts to specified workers when sensor
readings are above predefined levels, allowing for immediate intervention to mitigate
possible water contamination threats. The prototype accurately assesses and communicates
data on the quality of water and has been given an overall rating of "Very Good." This
study showcases the effective creation of the Smart Water Guard utilizing Arduino C,
ThingsBoard, Raspberry Pi OS, and Python. The system provides functional, convenient,
and safe real-time water quality monitoring, demonstrating its versatility." -- Author's Abstract
