There is a variation of challenges a city/municipality faces at a time. There is a lack of a platform where people can voice their opinions/propositions with regards to city management. Lack of transparency is also a problem by not having a unified platform where updates, information, and advisories are provided. There is a need for transparency between a local government unit (LGU) and its residents, where the latter can be more involved and participate in making their city a better place to live in. The system created provides a concept of two-way communication wherein LGUs provide information, and also, the citizens can formally file complaints that are in regard to the city's problems that frequently occur; the citizens can also register recommendations that can help improve the city. The researchers used quantitative research to conduct the study. The participants for the study are five (5) I.T. Professionals and twenty-five (25) residents of Las Piņas City, overall, of thirty (30) respondents. The survey questionnaire consists of questions regarding user interface, user experience, accessibility, and on how useful the website is based on ISO 25010. The result of the study showed that the system qualities such as interface, functionality, accessibility, and durability were rated as "Very Acceptable" by the respondents.
