The environment where individuals do their tasks influences their ability to function well. In some cases, tools and other equipment are disorganized; discomforted; causing drops in productivity and taking more time in doing much simpler and mundane tasks. This shows that the workspace is a valuable resource which can be modified to increase productivity, make working easier, and more efficient. This study aims to propose an effective and interactive Smart workstation. ArkO creates a comfortable and convenient environment that helps maximize the full potential of the user with their minimal effort. After finalizing the design and fabrication process the Workstation proceeds to field testing and installation of Smart technologies. Thus, the project is ready for evaluation where Convenience Sampling and Likert scale are the primary techniques and tools used to gather information. The results show that the valid indicator is Very Highly Acceptable and is equivalent to an overall weighted average of 4.67 and congregates into 6 criteria that has accumulated an average means of: 4.60 for Functionality, 4.61 as for Aesthetics, 4.65 in Economy, 4.63 for its Durability, 4.66 in Efficiency and 4.69 for Safety. These findings conclude that ArkO: A Proposed Workstation can provide efficiency, comfortability, convenience to minimize repetitive tasks and maximize productivity. The Recommendations for further research in the study are to amplify the use of smart technologies by installing additional Smart lock in A1 Rack, Smart LED strip light for accent in table, plus, creating a built-in laptop stand. And overall appearance be a harmony by incorporating a wall design where the TV is mounted to match the concept design.
