<br/><br/> This study presents the design and development of PinaupaPH, a cloud-based<br/>apartment management system targeting apartment unit renting businesses lacking digital<br/>infrastructure. PinaupaPH aims to streamline operations for both apartment owners and<br/>tenants. Key functionalities include displays of unit availability, apartment building and<br/>tenant registration, announcement creation, issue reporting, and a comprehensive<br/>analytics dashboard. The system's quality was evaluated using the ISO 25010 standard,<br/>encompassing functional suitability, reliability, performance, usability, security,<br/>compatibility, maintainability, and portability. The system testing involved 31<br/>respondents, resulting in a highly acceptable mean score of 3.49. PinaupaPH successfully<br/>fulfills its design goals, excluding CCTV integration. Implementation in a client's renting<br/>business demonstrated significant improvements in unit management, tenant<br/>communication, and document management.
