<br/><br/> This thesis describes the creation and evaluation of Quircom, an online platform for IT<br/>and graphic design freelancers in the Philippines. The platform's features include<br/>showcasing top freelancers, service search and filtering, user verification, project<br/>monitoring, and feedback systems. Quircom, developed with the MERN stack and Visual<br/>Studio Code, was carefully tested and declared "Highly Acceptable" according to ISO/IEC<br/>25010 requirements.<br/><br/>Key findings show Quircom's efficacy in matching freelancers with appropriate tasks,<br/>maintaining secure transactions, and providing an easy-to-use interface. The study<br/>concludes that Quircom serves the demands of Filipino freelancers and clients by<br/>improving project management and communication while also promoting fair<br/>compensation for services provided.
