This thesis describes the creation and evaluation of Quircom, an online platform for IT and graphic design freelancers in the Philippines. The platform's features include showcasing top freelancers, service search and filtering, user verification, project monitoring, and feedback systems. Quircom, developed with the MERN stack and Visual Studio Code, was carefully tested and declared "Highly Acceptable" according to ISO/IEC 25010 requirements.
Key findings show Quircom's efficacy in matching freelancers with appropriate tasks, maintaining secure transactions, and providing an easy-to-use interface. The study concludes that Quircom serves the demands of Filipino freelancers and clients by improving project management and communication while also promoting fair compensation for services provided.
