This study developed an integrated inventory management and point of sale (POS) system for Jersey Network, a sports apparel business, using technologies like jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, XAMPP, and Sublime Text. The system features a POS system, user accounts for admins and cashiers, dashboards, low stock notifications, sales summaries, purchase invoices, barcode generation, supplier information, revenue tracking, and user management. Guided by use case and entity relationship diagrams and a flowchart, the development focused on automating inventory tracking, sales processing, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual errors. Testing confirmed the system's reliability in adding, deleting, and editing inventory items, accurate barcode scanning, and prompt search results. Evaluators rated the system as "Highly Acceptable" in functional suitability and reliability based on ISO 25010 criteria. Key features include barcode generation, detailed stock reports, sales summaries, user-specific dashboards, invoicing, product search, batch barcode generation, transaction tracking, collections monitoring, low stock notifications, supplier information, and sales and revenue reports. The successful implementation of this system revolutionizes Jersey Network's inventory processes, setting a benchmark for other sports apparel businesses and providing a foundation for future research on customized inventory management systems.
