In today's dynamic world, the need for constant connection, involvement, as well as support for college graduates has increased significantly. Considering the need of the institution for a strengthened connection with its alumni, as well as the importance of continuous learning and communication, AlumPlify addressed the graduates’ needs. The main objective of this project was to develop and create a web-based application platform/system that meets the requirements of graduate students at the Technological University of the Philippines College of Science (TUP COS). As a result, an effective alumni system was established that allowed graduates to get continuous assistance and communicate through an online platform. The system enabled alumni to participate and communicate while also providing a user-friendly interface for simple access and navigation. Administrators can also generate, change, and moderate system content, as well as export tables for reporting purposes. This study performed the functional suitability and usability testing procedure and evaluated the level of acceptability using the ISO 25010 quality software criteria. In terms of functional suitability, it obtained a mean of 3.77, which rated "Highly acceptable," meaning the system met the expected requirements. In terms of usability, it obtained a mean of 3.65 with a rating of "Highly Acceptable," which indicated the system is easy to learn and operate. The overall result showed that the system was "Highly Acceptable," obtaining an overall mean of 3.58 based on thirty (30) respondents consisting of fifteen (15) students and fifteen (15) IT Professionals. The developed system showed that it enables graduates to interact and contribute to the institution.
