In today's ever-changing educational landscape, regulating the sale of items has become a crucial component that supports clubs, events, and nonprofit groups within schools. The "TUP-Merch Handling Management System" is a capstone project at the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) that addresses the inefficiencies and challenges associated with traditional manual merchandise management methods such as inventory keeping, sales monitoring, and order fulfillment. The main purpose of this study is to develop a web-based system that modernizes product handling operations and implement an online ordering system, cash-on-pick-up payment method, and sales and financial report generation by utilizing digital platforms and specialized software to give a user-friendly interface for both administrators and customers. The project design and development including coding, debugging and testing of the program was done as part of the methodology. The high scores and the interpretation of "Strongly Agree" across all criteria suggest that the “TUP-Merch Handling Management System” is well-received by its users and performs exceptionally well in terms of functionality, efficiency, usability, reliability, and security.
