This study provides an innovative solution to addressing the unsanitary and labor-
intensive process of producing traditional lumpia wrappers. The suggested Hybrid Power

IoT – Based, Lumpia Wrapper Machine, intends to fully automate the process while keeping
a hygienic and sanitized setting by reducing human intervention. The hybrid power system
combines solar panels with normal power, increasing sustainability and lowering carbon
emissions. The research assesses the machine's capabilities, emphasizing its efficiency in
creating lumpia wrappers while addressing significant restrictions such as financial limits
and material selection and the time needed for assessing the different components of the
machine. The process of the lumpia wrapper machine will start at full automation. The first
to turn on is the mixer while mixing the infrared heater is being preheated to achieve the
temperature needed to cook the lumpia wrapper. After reaching its desired consistency the
machine will start to cook the lumpia wrapper. A pump is connected to the mixer where it
will pump and spray evenly and with a thin layer for the molder to cook proper lumpia
wrapper, then it will be scraped by the scrapper blade and will go down to the conveyor.
After that, the flipper and wiper motor are waiting for the cooked lumpia wrapper to be
flipped and counted as well to file and to be ready for packing. The findings underscore
the potential for increased production, decreased workload in the lumpia wrapper business,
and promotion ofa hygienic workplace. The research concludes with recommendations for
enhancing the machine's performance, emphasizing the importance of using the black iron
metal sheet for the barrel/molder for improvement of cooking material and optimizing the
number of infrared heaters.
