In response to the challenges faced by CAFA-Atrium users in self- preparation in department events, a group of researchers has dedicated their
efforts to crafting an ingenious solution:” Alfmoor: A Portable Changing Room with Vanity Area for The Enhancement of TUP CAFA Atrium”. Recognizing the unique needs of users struggling with the logistics of event preparation, this innovative equipment provides a versatile and portable solution that seamlessly integrates into the space where preparation of users takes place: Kalayaan Hall. The researchers began by conducting a thorough analysis of the struggles faced by users, identifying the need for a dynamic, on- the-go solution for performers who require quick and efficient personal grooming and outfit changes. The changing room with vanity component of the system offers a foldable structure and addresses the requirements of performers in need of a dedicated space for makeup application and accessory adjustments. The entire system is mounted on caster wheels, allowing for effortless mobility across the floor, ensuring that performers can position themselves conveniently and make the most of the available space.
The researchers’ surveyed 50 respondents that are possibly be the end- users of the project consisting of 10 professors and 40 students. The findings
demonstrate that the respondents' opinions of the project or product are favorable. Functionality was given a rating of 4.72 because it satisfies the criteria of ergonomics, ease of operation and its user friendliness. Next, the Workability received a rating of 4.71 for having the used materials easy to be seen in hardware’s and the store of the specific material. Durability on the other hand, were

given a rating of 4.71 since the testing of the prototype proves that it is qualified to the criteria or quality in materials. Fourth, Aesthetics and appearance are the qualities of the product on its physical aspect. In this section, Aesthetics and Appearance got an average score of 4.6. Lastly, 4.75 average ratings in security provides the information that the product is safe to be utilized by the users. The Ease of Operation has the highest mean of 4.82. This simply demonstrates the successful project Alfmoor as a mobile self-preparation equipment and a great design choice for those that utilize and perform at the CAFA Atrium. An overall mean of 4.72 was deemed "Excellent". The following are the recommendations based on 40 students and 10 professors’ respondents who evaluated the survey questionnaire and from three (3) respected panelists. They recommend that research thorough with regard in cultural significance of the country, the corner must not have sharp edges. To improve the prototype, add some quality mirrors on the changing room, some cover to make the LED lights less distracting for the user, simple design to the vanity area, a space or compartment for Foldable Chair and instead of using materials that have a single provider, use materials that have different choices of store.
