<br/><br/> Aslde from the strategic use of technology in delivering academic instructions, it plays a pivotal role on managing student records for accuracy and better access. Integration of technology has a potential long-term impact on keeping student data that are necessary in preparing various standard school forms and student records. The goal of this study was to develop the PALIPARAN III SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL - ONLINE STUDENT RECORD MANAGEMENT FOR<br/>(PAL3SHS-OSRM) to assist on improved enrolment and data management procedures particularly the generation of School Forms 1, 5A, 5B, 8, 9 and 10 and other pertinent school reports.<br/><br/>A total of fifty-six (56) faculty members and four (4) school administrators were<br/>sampling. The faculty<br/>respondents were composed of twenty-five (25) male and thirty-one (31) female respondents. These faculty respondents included three (3) ICT teachers who are<br/>classified as IT Practitioners. Moreover, the school administrators were composed<br/>of two (2) male and two (2) female respondents. After a comprehensive software testing, a descriptive-evaluative research design was employed to gather data thru an online administration of evaluation survey instrument using Google Forms.<br/><br/>Utilizing the adapted Likert scale software evaluation instrument based on<br/>the ISO/IEC 25010, the acceptability of PAL3SHS-OSRM in terms of functional suitability, usability, reliability, maintainability, portability has been rated with a grand mean of Grand Mean of 4.71 and SD of 0.50 which manifest that the software is very much acceptable and that it fully met and far exceeded more expectations from the selected respondents. This ilustrates that the application has been deemed to have relatively improved the efficiency and effectivity of the record management and school forms and reports generation thru ICT-facilitated procedures.<br/><br/><br/>Keywords: PAL3SHS-OSRM, ICT-ENABLED<br/>
