The study "Development of Aluminum Pipe Bulb Changer Using 12 Volts Motor and Reversible Motor Control for Safety Purposes" was conducted to develop and manufacture an aluminum pipe bulb changer with safety characteristics specifically designed for electrical engineers, electricians, and households. This study intends to assist workers in preventing ladder accidents by protecting themselves from sliding orfalling and electrocution by electrical cables, especially live wires, which can result indeath or injury as well as danger to persons replacing bulbs. The aluminum pipe and PVC used to secure the components as well as the bulb are protected from damage by the bulb claw. Both individuals who work in the power industry and those who live in their houses will gain from this. Features of aluminum pipe bulb changers include switching techniques. The green and red LED lights show the bulb claw's forward andbackward cycles. When the bulb is situated in a dark area, it also contains a white LED light that may be used as a flashlight. Moreover, it contains an LCD batterymonitor that displaysthe battery's usage level. The prototype uses lithium-ion batteriesto power every component. The strength, safety, durability, flexibility, and other components are functional and working well based on the prototype testing findings. The project received "Excellent/High Acceptable" ratings in the majority of the respondents' evaluations of the prototype in terms of functionality, aesthetics, economy, safety, and economics. It was determined that the prototype's efficiency and design willbe very helpful in assuring the safety of the person using the product when they changethe light bulb. Safety should come first.
