Coffee is one of the three most popular beverages in the world, it is made up of grinding coffee beans. The machine used for separating coffee beans and stones includes agitation and vacuum methods. Small enterprises utilize manual separation or manually picking the stones in the coffee beans. The main objective of the study is to develop a machine that could help the farmer separate coffee beans from the coffee beans. Equipped with three phase motor and variable frequency drive to increase production in separating instead of using the manual method. This is achieved using an agitation method to separate the coffee beans from the stones. The use of motor control increases the functionality and user friendliness of the machine. The test results show that the machine can handle up to 5 kg of coffee beans. The machine is presented to thirty (30) evaluators to evaluate its performance. It obtained a 4.67 mean which means Excellent. This concludes that the coffee beans destoner helps in separating coffee from the coffee beans. Variable frequency drive gives extra help in improving the functionality of the machine.
