The Senior High School program under the Department of Education was created through Republic Act 10533, also known as the Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013, which aims to provide sufficient time for mastery of concepts and skills, develop lifelong learners, and prepare graduates for tertiary education, middle-level skills development, employment, and entrepreneurship. This study aims to develop an efficient and functional straight-through web portal that can be used by various stakeholders such as students, teachers, parents, and admin heads. The web portal includes modules that will integrate and simplify the current enrollment process, sectioning, generation of class program and faculty loading, various school forms, school information dissemination, and data extraction for data analytics and statistics. Despite the potential challenge of manual record management process the proposed develop web portal will ease up the burden of the institutions' stakeholders. The designed system is developed successfully, which includes various features: real-time pre-registration/enrollment, automatic sectioning, an interface for creating class program and faculty loading, an interface for school form preparations, an Announcement module, and a dashboard for Data Statistics and Analytics. The system was evaluated using ISO 25010, which includes functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security maintainability, and portability. The web portal was developed using HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, MySQL, and PHP applications. The study suggests that the continued enhancement of the module based on the requirements in the future will benefit the users by providing an up-to-date and reliable system. It also recommends features like a learning management system, Intranet communication, and other enhancements that will be mandated by DepEd in the future.
