The study aimed to enhance the technique of deep mixing with new method that will help in engineering and construction in developing fast water absorber material in building microstructure that is highly exposed at high water content. The purpose of this study is to develop a concrete block with different ratio to observe the behavior in physical and mechanical. This study employed four methods; Firstly, fly ash- cement mixture, secondly, soaking of bricks to observe water absorption, third, curing time and lastly, testing of bricks concrete and fly ash mixture. This mixture composed of 3 different ratios 1:2:4:50, 1⁄2:1:2:4:55, and 1:1:2:4:60 in this ratio we can observe the behavior of the fly ash as admixture to cement. Nowadays, construction of microstructures like canals and drainage become more challenging as per the weather changes, using fly ash as admixture will lessen the days of curing time, knowing that fly ash is a fast water absorber. This study also observes the behavior of fly ash admixture to cement in physical and mechanical. This paper specifies the different method of constructing microstructures and the behavior of fly ash at different ratios, the stability and workability is also observed in this study.
