The well-designed workspaces cater to the continuously shifting demands of the users by encouraging collaboration and skill sharing as well as improving teamwork and communication. KAPULO created a cabinet partition with a pocket meeting table. This prototype model was assessed by 50 individuals, out of which 20 were faculty members, 20 CAFA students, and 10 were design professionals from the Technological University of the Philippines-Manila. The researchers evaluated the KAPULO's appearance, ergonomics, safety, affordability, durability, and functionality. According to the results of the survey, KAPULO's Cabinet Partition and Pocket Meeting Table received positive comments due to its numerous innovative features that incorporated the pocket dry glass board, the large storage on the table and the cabinet partition, and the pocket meeting table.
