The integration of technology in the modern fitness landscape has become significant for gyms and fitness centers to remain competitive and adapt to the developing demands of the clients. EnergyA Fitness & Athletics Center, a fitness and athletics center, acknowledges the importance of integrating technology by implementing an online platform that provides a coherent transaction between the clients and its administrator. As a response to these advancements, the study entitled “EnergyA Fitness & Athletics: A Web-Based Fitness and Athletics Center Management Application Integrated with QR Code for Attendance and Revenue Forecasting” explores the development of an online platform as an alternative to the manual process of attendance tracking, membership application, monitoring and forecasting of revenue for EnergyA. The system enables the administrators to manage reports for forecasting revenue, classes, services, facilities, coaches, membership and QR codes for attendance tracking. Furthermore, it enhances the customer experience by browsing through its offers and easier attendance for members via QR codes. This study was evaluated under the ISO/IEC 25010, an evaluation instrument based on Functional Suitability and Reliability to identify the level of adequacy of the system. The results indicated that the system is highly functional, with attributes that satisfy the required result under various conditions. It also adjudges to be reliable, as it is working intendedly under specific conditions. The results also showed that it is highly reliable as it obtained an overall weighted mean of 3.66 and is described as “Highly Acceptable” by the thirty-five respondents. The study showed that the development of a web-based application for the EnergyA Fitness and Athletics Center brought convenience to the clients and enabled the EnergyA with increased operational efficiency.
